You must use your main account for the items to be successfully added without any problems. However, even though you may see this as a problem, here is another good thing: no one else can see your information. The information is processed by bots that are programmed to receive and generate the items on the given account, therefore none of us staff will be able to see your information. We also do not store the information. Once the generation process is complete, the information is completely erased and not recovered. So, in order for the generation process to begin, please reply to this comment with the following:

What i got hacked all my items where gone when i got on today. Did this website take items or did someone see my comment. They know my password now, i worked hard for my items i lost :(
